Send us your list

Tell us what's coming out. We'll price it and come back to you within one working day.

Already have a spreadsheet or asset export? Attach it above — CSV, XLSX or a photo of the asset tags all work. We'll only use your details to price and arrange this sale. See our privacy notice.

01 — PROCESS

Four steps, no faff

Most jobs go from first email to money in the account inside a week.

1

Tell us what you've got

A rough list is fine. A photo of the asset tags is even better.

2

We price it

A written offer per unit, usually within one working day.

3

We collect it

Free, insured, at a time that suits your site. Racked or palletised.

4

You get paid

Bank transfer once the kit is checked in against the list.

02 — RANGE

What we buy

Whole servers, or the parts left after you've stripped them.

Rack servers

1U and 2U, single or dual socket, any quantity from one upwards.

Processors

Xeon E5, Scalable and EPYC — loose trays or still in the board.

Memory

Registered DDR4 and DDR5. Our original speciality — we know it well.

Drives

SAS, SATA and NVMe, with or without caddies. Enterprise capacities.

Networking

Switches, transceivers, HBAs and NICs from 1G through 100G.

GPUs & accelerators

Data centre cards — Tesla, A-series and later. Strong prices.

03 — VALUATION

What moves the price

We price per unit on what the hardware is worth in service — not by the kilo.

01

Generation

The single biggest factor. A 14th-gen box is worth many times a 12th-gen one.

02

CPU model

Core count and clock. Two identical chassis can differ several hundred pounds.

03

Memory fitted

Leave the RAM in. It is usually worth more than the chassis around it.

04

Caddies & rails

Small parts, real money. Empty caddies and rail kits both add value.

05

PSUs

Dual supplies fitted are worth more than a single, and far more than none.

06

Quantity

Matched batches from one refresh price better than mixed odds and ends.

04 — QUESTIONS

Straight answers

How long until I get a price?

Within one working day for most lists. We price per unit against what you've sent, in writing, so you can see exactly what we're offering for each line before you decide anything.

Why aren't your prices on the site?

Because two servers of the same model can be worth very different money — the CPUs, memory, drives, caddies and PSUs all move it. A published figure would be wrong for most people. We'd rather look at your actual list and give you a real number.

Do you take single servers, or only bulk?

Both. One box from a cupboard or forty out of a refresh — the process is the same, though larger matched batches attract better per-unit pricing.

What about the drives?

Your choice. Keep them and we price the server without, or include them and we price them in. Tell us which when you send the list.

How quickly do you pay?

By bank transfer once the delivery is checked against the agreed list, typically the same day it lands with us. We don't pay cash.

Is collection really free?

Yes, anywhere on the UK mainland, and it's insured in transit. For a handful of items we'll usually send a labelled pallet or courier instead.

Do you buy kit that doesn't power on?

No. We buy hardware that was working when it came out of service, because we sell it on to be used again.

Got a rack to clear?

Send us the list. You'll have a price back within one working day.
